VoIP G&MS offers you the possibility to have access to your company’s documentation from anywhere in the world.
Developed to facilitate our customers, you can now make and receive calls, listen to your voice mail, receive faxes, and conduct conference and video calls wherever you are.
Now it is not required pay all costs for maintaining of an office: monthly rent, consumables, fax and copiers, telephone systems, paper, toner, etc.
Subscribing for some or all of the Virtual Office services, you take all advantage of the internet telephony.Now, you can choose between the following services and features:
- DID number - Monthly fee: 5.00 EUR w/o VAT (for persons) and 7.50 EUR w/o VAT (for enterprises)
The subscription for this service allows you to receive and make calls from and to every regular phone or mobile anywhere in the world.
- Voice mail- Monthly fee: 5.00 EUR w/o VAT
The ability the calling party to leave a message in case of busy or unavailable. The message is sent automatically as attached voice file on your e-mail..

- FAX - Monthly fee: 10.00 EUR w/o VAT
Receive fax: This service gives possibility for receiving faxes addressed to you, directly at the company’s or personal email. The faxes are received as attached PDF files.
Send fax : Now you can send faxes from your personal VoIP G&MS fax account (called: web based faxing). You have just to log in your account, choose the option "Send FAX" from the main menu and upload the file you wish.
Note: To use our fax services, please send us an email to: support@voip-gms.com and we will create your personal fax account. You can not use the fax service with your common DID or virtual VoIP G&MS number.
Through these innovations VoIP G&MS saves you a lot of costs for fax machines, paper, toner, maintenance, etc., allowing you access to company’s documentation from anywhere. This is more secure than traditional fax machines, because the messages are only viewed by the recipient, and no delivery at public fax machine, the service is always on and works anywere with any device that has an Internet connection and an email application, the faxes are organized electronically in files or folders similar to any other file on your computer and this helps you to preserve the environment, because you can choose if print or no the fax.
- Video and Conference Calls - 0.25 EUR w/o VAT/min
Using VoIP G&MS, you can talk with your clients, employees or other virtual offices via videoconference call, no matter your location.
- Call waiting - FREE
When you are engaged in a phone call and another party attempts to call, you will be alerted by a visual or an audible alert. This also allows you to switch between that party and the original party.
- Call transfer - FREE
Once a call is answered, you can have that call transferred to another phone number of your choosing.
- Follow me - FREE
With 'Follow Me Service', you can get your calls redirected to your landline or mobile when you are offline.
- Call Forwarding - FREE
This feature lets you redirect incoming calls to your VoIP number to another number of your choice either all the time, or only when your phone is engaged or turned off.
Note:
The subscription for Virtual Office service suggests using at last one DID number for a minimum period of 6 months, with monthly fee 5,00 EUR w/o VAT for persons) and 7.50 EUR w/o VAT (for enterprises), deducted from the initial amount of prepaid credits).
The DID numbers always remain property of G&MS. In case a client cancels the Virtual Office service they have the right to retain the DID number by paying monthly subscription for the next six months. If a client refuses a landline number then G&MS retains its right to submit this number to another client after expiration of the initial subscription period of 6 months.
