You will receive your Client’s Number on the e-mail you entered in the registration form (which will also be your virtual phone number), and a password providing you online access to your account. After you log in you can make changes, charging by prepaid phone and SMS credits, as well seeing a report of all phone calls you made, their duration, price, and availability of prepaid credits.

The next step is to download some of the software recommended by us, and to get a microphone and a headset. Than you will be able to make free PC-to-PC calls from and to every location worldwide.

If you wish you can buy prepaid call and SMS credits with different values and thus you can talk cheeper to every regular phone or mobile worldwide.

What is local / DID number?

In order to receive calls on your computer or telephone set from landlines or mobiles, calling from anywhere, you need a direct/local/DID number.

VoIP G&MS can provide such local Sofia number. You can use this number worldwide. Each call you make will be charged according to the VoIP G&MS tariffs, no matter which country you are calling from, and incoming calls to you from anywhere in the world will be free of charge.

Taking in mind the limited number of free local numbers, this VoIP G&MS service requires a monthly subscription charge (please, contact us)

The payment of calls from local numbers is realized on the principle of prepaid credits.

In the near future VoIP G&MS will have possibility to give our clients local numbers in other cities in Bulgaria and abroad.

The following example gives an idea what your local number is:

You are in England and want to use a VoIP G&MS local number for Sofia. We give you a number with prefix code 02 (for Sofia), thus you will be able to call and be called by your family and friends form Sofia directly (the 02 code will not be required). If you want to call to other city or mobile in Bulgaria, you just have to dial the local code/mobile operator code, followed by the phone number; and your family and friends will be able to call you as they are calling any other Sofia number (i.e. 02 + your phone number). Similarly for making and receiving calls from abroad and of course before the local code one must dial the country code.

The subscription for real number allows you to receive incoming and make outgoing calls from and to every regular phone or mobile anywhere in the world.

You do not require a PC to realise VoIP phone calls. The only mandatory requirement is availability of internet connection. The user can choose from different adapters, the so-called ATA, which connect the landline telephone set to the Internet thus allowing voice transfer over the Internet. There are also IP-telephones sets and systems for home and office, which do not require additional adapters (АТА).
