What do I need to establish VoIP communication?
- Computer
- Headset or USB Phone
- Software (softphone)
- Personal account VoIP G&MS
- Broadband internet connection (at least 30KB/s)
If you prefer make calls independently from the PC, you can use some of the existing VoIP hardware. You simply have to connect your VoIP phone with a free network connection (for example at your ADSL-Router) and configure our server data. The usage of the VoIP Phone doesn't differ from the one of a normal/regular telephone.

How to use the VoIP G&MS service?
You can use VoIP G&MS service by completing our registration form. You will receive on your email your customer’s number/user name (which will also be your virtual phone number), as well as your initial password.
The next step is to download some of the software recommended by us, and to get a microphone and a headset. You will be also able to make free Pc-to-Pc calls from and to every location worldwide.
If you wish you can buy prepaid credits with different values and thus you can talk and send SMS to every regular phone or mobile worldwide.

How to setup my equipment?
General software configuration:
Account: your VoIP G&MS number
Auth Name: your VoIP G&MS number

Display name/number: fill in your name, this name or number will be displayed in the phone screen of the person you are calling
User name /Account number name: your VoIP G&MS number

Authorization user name: leave empty or fill in your VoIP G&MS number
Domain/Proxy server: sip.voip-gms.com (for xDSL connection: 77.77.138.10)

Where can I register with my internet telephone?
You can register with our internet telephone everywhere worldwide and use VoIP telephony - the only thing you need is broadband internet access, to connect your notebook or sip phone.

How can I test the quality of VoIP G&MS service?
After introduce the configuration of a phone or softphone you can make a FREE test call to 797777 or 00359 4922502.

How to dial a number?
When you wish to make an international phone call through your VoIP G&MS account, you do the same operation as with every regular phone:
You dial 00 + country code + the phone number (before dialling the number you should dial the area code when you call regular phone, or the mobile operator code)
Example: If you want to call Portugal dial 00 + 351 + 21 (for Lisbon) 1234567
When you wish to dial a regular phone in Bulgaria you should dial the city code and the number:
Example: If you want to call Sofia dial 02 + 1234567
When you wish to talk to mobile operator in Bulgaria you dial the mobile operator code and the number:
Example: If want to call Vivatel dial 0878 123456

How can I buy call credits?
To buy credit please enter in your personal account, choose the option "Buy now" and continue the Checkout Procedure.
You can pay with paypal.com, moneybookers.com, ePay.bg, Western Union or by bank transfer.
The minimum amount of prepaid credits you can order is 10,00 EUR.

How to send SMS?
To send SMS, please enter in your personal account and choose option “Send SMS”.
The value of the SMS you send will be deducted directly from your prepaid credits.

How fast will my payment be processed?
As soon as we receive your payment, we will credit your account immediately. Please note that we cannot influence the transaction time before your payment reaches us. Please make sure to include your customer number when you transfer a payment! Please, inform us immediately by e-mail about the payments you made.

Can you also bill in USD?
Sorry we only work in EURO. Your USD payment will be converted in euro at the current exchange rate. Calls are charged in EURO only.

How to receive calls from my personal computer?
Your user name is your virtual number. It can be dialled by every subscriber of our network. The calls between our network subscribers are free of charge.
If you have also ordered your DID number you will be able to receive calls from every regular phone or mobile worldwide.

Is there any calls data and records?
Yes. When you sign in to your account by filling in user name/number and password there you will find all the necessary information about calls, duration, paid amount, used and remaining call credits, etc.
Every call is charged immediately after a connection has been made.

Can I use my regular phone for VoIP G&MS service?
Of course, for this purpose you will need a telephone adaptor (АТА device), which will makes the connection between the regular phone and the Internet.
If you wish, you can buy an IP-phone, which eliminates the need of additional phone adapters (АТА). IP-phones are offered fully configured for VoIP use. In order to use our service you will just have to configure VoIP G&MS data in your IP-phone.

Where and how to buy an АТА device?
We offer to our customers preconfigured, for work in our network, АТА devices. You choose the way of payment.

Does the computer need to be switched on, if I make a phone call with my VoIP phone?
No. Your VoIP phone only needs to be connected to the internet, usually via a router.

How do you charge the calls?
Calls are billed in 1 minute increments.

When do call charges take effect?
Call charges take effect once you are connected to the telephone number you have dialled i.e once the call has been answered. If there is no answer or the line is engaged you will not be charged for the call.

Can I receive phone calls from regular phone or mobile?
Yes, by subscribing for our ‘real phone number (DID Number)’ service. Through this number you will be accessible by every landline phone or mobile world-wide.

Is the difference between a virtual number and DID Number?
With the virtual number you will be able to make outgoing calls to any landline phone or mobile in the country and abroad but you will only be able to receive calls from other subscribers of our VoIP service.
The subscription for a real number allows you to receive incoming and make outgoing calls from and to every landline phone or mobile anywhere you are.

I haven't received an email confirmation with my customer login data.
It is possible that you did not receive our confirmation email due to spam filters. In that case, your registration may still have been successful. If you do not receive an Email from our customer service within 24 hours after registration, please send an Email to support@voip-gms.com and ask for the status of your registration.
